Embodied Yoga Flow
Feeling, rejuvenating every cell in the body, this flow based Yoga practice is for beginners and experienced Yogis. Aim is to embody breath and movement, work the cardiovascular system and with time develop a strong intuitive knowing physical and mental space and promote wellbeing.

Kids Mindfulness 5 week course
Kids are naturally joyful with 'easy do it' attitude. They are open and receptive towards ideas of mindfulness and Yoga. This course reassures those who find the return to school routine tricky. We also explore what joy and emotional wellbeing means and what it does within our body. We explore what to do when we feel threatened, anxious and fearful.
